Message	I did this one, it's a pain in the ass. Honestly, you will probably be fine just leaving the old seals. If you do want to remove the old ones, all he is saying about the punch is to punch back the little lip that holds the seal in place (I think there is 3), before you use the slide hammer to pull them out. Just a small piece of protruding aluminum from the casting.
